This is a great opportunity to get a feel for our classes, chat with the coaches, meet our members and see our space! Try a free group fitness class, women's strength class or our new mon/wed  kids classes!

Bring A Friend Week
COMING IN APRIL!

Once a quarter we offer an entire free week of classes. This is a great way to meet our coaches, try out our programming and get to know our awesome community! The free classes include group fitness, women's strength & our mon/wed kids and teens classes.

Visiting?

Needing a place to workout while you are out of town? For those with previous functional fitness or level method experience come drop in!
