Once your Athletic Assessment is complete you will be ready to jump into our group sessions without fear. Every class is not a competition between members; But a competition between who you were yesterday and who your are today. Its time to LEVEL UP!

Cancellation Policy

The website will not allow you to cancel if it is less than one hour. For the 5:15am class there will be a 12-hour cancellation policy since this is our most popular class and it makes it nearly impossible for someone to sign up when a cancellation happens 15 minutes before class starts. All no-shows/faiure to cancel within allotted time window will be a $10 fee, that will be invoiced directly to the member. All fees must be paid before signing up for additional classes.
