Individual Athletic Assessment

Service Description

Our 4 Day Athletic Assessment is done 1 on 1 before your first group class. This Assessment is designed to highlight your strengths and weaknesses to put you on the perfect level for success. Games Athlete or First time in the gym we have a fitness level for you.

Cancellation Policy

The website will not allow you to cancel if it is less than one hour. For the 5:15am class there will be a 12-hour cancellation policy since this is our most popular class and it makes it nearly impossible for someone to sign up when a cancellation happens 15 minutes before class starts. All no-shows/faiure to cancel within allotted time window will be a $10 fee, that will be invoiced directly to the member. All fees must be paid before signing up for additional classes.
