Service Description
This service can be added once the individual has completed a virtual or in person Athletic Assessment. It is recommended for athletes to reassess every 4-6 months.
Cancellation Policy
The website will not allow you to cancel if it is less than one hour. For the 5:15am class there will be a 12-hour cancellation policy since this is our most popular class and it makes it nearly impossible for someone to sign up when a cancellation happens 15 minutes before class starts. All no-shows/faiure to cancel within allotted time window will be a $10 fee, that will be invoiced directly to the member. All fees must be paid before signing up for additional classes.Â
