Service Description

This Program is to Jump Start you Student-Athlete on there off season training and prepare them for the next sport. By focusing on proper form, foundational movements, and true mobility under load. We are able to safely and effectively generate gain of funtion on and off the field.


Cancellation Policy

The website will not allow you to cancel if it is less than one hour. For the 5:15am class there will be a 12-hour cancellation policy since this is our most popular class and it makes it nearly impossible for someone to sign up when a cancellation happens 15 minutes before class starts. All no-shows/faiure to cancel within allotted time window will be a $10 fee, that will be invoiced directly to the member. All fees must be paid before signing up for additional classes.
